The politicians, all from Kaura Namoda Local Government Area, were ambushed while traveling to the Marafa area of the state.
The abducted APC members were on their way to visit Abdulaziz Yari, the senator representing Zamfara West senatorial district, when the bandits attacked their convoy.
Among those abducted are Yahaya Sani Dogon Kade, chairman of Dan Isah ward, and Bello Dealer, chairman of Sakajiki ward.
