Founder of I Reign Christian Ministry, Feyi Daniels, has been sentenced to life imprisonment by an Ikeja court for the rape of a female church member.
Judge Rahman Oshodi found Daniels guilty of sexual assault, following his arraignment by the Lagos state government on charges of rape and attempted rape involving multiple church members.
The incidents occurred at Daniels’ residence in Lekki and the church premises in Ikeja.
The clergyman faced an amended four-count charge, with one victim testifying that the assault took place during a prayer session while speaking in tongues.
