Nigerian and Paris FC Goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the Best Goalkeeper of the Season award in the French D1 Arkema, the women’s premier league in France.
This marks Nnadozie’s second consecutive nomination for this individual honor, a testament to her prowess between the posts. The 22-year-old has solidified her reputation as one of the league’s finest goalkeepers, showcasing her skills both domestically for Paris FC and on the grand stage of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Competing for the award alongside Olympic Lyon’s, Christiane Endler and Paris SG’s Katarzyna Kiedrzynek, Nnadozie faces stiff competition. Notably, she clinched the Player of the Month title for March in the French D1 Arkema.
This recognition follows her previous achievement of winning the Bruno Martini Award for Goalkeeping Revelation of the Season in the French top flight during the 2021/22 campaign.
