The 23-year-old secured her first major move in January 2024, joining Italian side, Juventus. Echegini made a significant impact at the club, scoring ten goals and providing one assist in 14 appearances.

Her performances were crucial in helping Juventus secure second place in Serie A last season. She was also named the best under-23 player in the league. Following the completion of her deal, PSG shared a video of Okocha welcoming her to the club. Okocha is one of the most prominent figures in African football history.
