Nigerian Government Releases 2024 NECO Common Entrance Results for Unity Schools

The federal government of Nigeria has announced the release of the 2024 National Examination Council (NECO) common entrance examination results for Unity Schools.

Minister of State for Education, Dr. Yusuf Sununu, announced during a press briefing at the ministry’s headquarters in Abuja. Dr. Sununu revealed that a total of 71,291 candidates participated in the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE), which was conducted in 599 centers on Saturday, June 1st, 2024.

According to data released by NECO, Lagos State had the highest number of candidates, with 17,751 participants. The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) came in second with 10,209 candidates, while Anambra State was third with 4,972 candidates.
