Nigeria Women’s National Team, Super Falcons will face Canada for the second time this year in a closed-doors training match in Malaga.

This match is the final preparation for both squads ahead of the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament, which kicks off in France in just eight days.

The match is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM local time in Spain (5:30 PM Nigeria time) at the La Quinta Football Centre, Malaga. This event also marks the conclusion of the Super Falcons’ training camp in Spain.

Following the match, the nine-time African champions will head to France on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 where they will undergo a week of further training. Their first tournament match will be against Brazil at the Stade Bordeaux on Thursday, July 25th, 2024.

Nigeria’s subsequent group stage matches are set against Spain on July 28th and Japan on July 31st, both taking place at the Stade de la Beaujoire in Nantes.
