Reports indicate that an explosion has rocked Borno State, Northeast Nigeria. The exact number of casualties has not been ascertained as of the time of filing this report but sources say about 20 persons have been confirmed dead.
AAN TV gathered that the incident occured at Kawuri village, the site where a similar explosion took place three days ago.
This unfortunate incident comes amid a nationwide protest in Nigeria, where civilians are expressing their displeasure against ‘Bad Governance’.
Recall, on Wednesday, security operatives in Lagos deactivated an explosive device in Ikeja.
