Nigerian athlete, Favour Ofili finished sixth in the women’s 200 meters final at the ongoing 2024 Paris Olympics in France.

The 21-year-old clocked 22.24 seconds in a race dominated by Gabrielle Thomas of the United States, who took gold with a time of 21.83 seconds. Saint Lucia’s Julien Alfred won the silver medal with 22.08 seconds, and USA’s Brittany Brown secured bronze. Great Britain’s Dina Asher-Smith and Daryll Neita finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
