Nigeria National League Club, Barau FC has appointed Salisu Yusuf as their new technical adviser.
The former Super Eagles assistant coach signed a one-year contract with the club on Monday.

Yusuf, 62, has been entrusted with the task of leading Barau FC to promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). With extensive experience in the Nigerian football scene, he has previously coached teams such as Nasarawa United, Kano Pillars, Enyimba, and El-Kanemi Warriors.
Notably, Yusuf managed the home-based Super Eagles squad that reached the final of the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco. Barau FC is owned by Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau.
