Super Eagles midfielder, Frank Onyeka is set to join Bundesliga club, Augsburg on loan from Brentford Football Club.

Brentford and Augsburg have reportedly reached an agreement for the 26-year-old, who is also nearing personal terms with the German club.

Despite the loan move, Onyeka is expected to return to Brentford next summer, as he remains part of the club’s long-term plans. Onyeka joined Brentford from FC Midtjylland in July 2021 and recently signed a four-year contract extension in August 2023.

During his time with the London club, Onyeka has scored one goal and provided four assists in 78 appearances.
