Nigeria’s Isau Ogunkunle has secured a Bronze medal in ParaTableTennis.
Ogunkunle gave it his all in a tough semifinal match against South Korea’s Young-Gun Kim. Despite winning the first set, the experienced world No. 2 eventually took the match, progressing to the final with a 3-1 victory (11-9, 5-11, 4-11, 11-13).

Ogunkunle came tantalizingly close to forcing a fifth set, taking the fourth set to a tie-break.
In Para-Table Tennis, both losing semifinalists are awarded a Bronze medal without needing to play a decider.
With this achievement, Nigeria’s overall medal tally stands at five: 1 Gold , 2 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
