Jackson, who joined the Blues in June 2023, made an immediate impact during his first season, scoring 17 goals across all competitions, including a hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Reflecting on his new contract, Jackson said, “I’m feeling very good and I’m very happy to sign a new contract and stay at the club. It feels great that the club has confidence in me.”

This season, Jackson has scored two goals in four appearances as he aims to improve on his initial campaign with the club.

Before joining Chelsea, Jackson began his career at Senegalese club Casa Sport and moved to Villarreal in 2020. His breakout season came in 2022-23 when he netted 13 goals in 38 appearances, earning him a spot in Senegal’s 2022 World Cup squad.
