An Ikeja High Court has issued an interim order preventing Martins Otse, an activist widely known as VeryDarkMan, from further spreading or publishing any defamatory videos or comments about Nigerian rapper Falz, who is also the son of renowned human rights lawyer, Femi Falana.
Presiding over the case on Monday, Justice M. O. Dawodu ruled in favor of an ex parte application and directed VeryDarkMan to remove all defamatory content related to both Falz and his father from his social media platforms.
The court order follows a recent video shared by VeryDarkMan, in which he circulated an alleged audio recording of Bobrisky, the controversial crossdresser born Idris Okuneye. In the recording, Bobrisky accused Falz and his father of attempting to secure a presidential pardon for her during her six-month sentence for naira abuse, supposedly in exchange for ₦10 million.
