2024 CAF Awards Set For December 16 in Marrakech, Morocco

The Confederation of African Football has announced that the CAFAwards24 will take place on December 16, 2024, in the city of Marrakech, Morocco.

This marks the third consecutive year Morocco will host the prestigious event, following last year’s star-studded celebration.

CAF will announce the official start time of the ceremony at a later date.

Currently, Nigerian forward, Victor Osimhen holds the title of African Footballer of the Year (men’s category), while his compatriot, Asisat Oshoala is the reigning winner in the women’s category.

The CAF Awards celebrate outstanding performances across both club and national competitions, with the highlight being the crowning of the CAF African Player of the Year in both men’s and women’s football.
