Somalia-Born Abdi Nageeye Wins The Men’s New York Marathon Title For Netherlands

Abdi Nageeye of the Netherlands won the New York Marathon men’s title on Sunday, finishing in an unofficial time of 2 hours, 7 minutes, and 39 seconds.

The Somalia-born Dutchman, who placed third in New York in 2022 and also the Tokyo Olympics runner-up, edged out Kenya’s Evans Chebet by six seconds.
