A devastating fire broke out at Masaka Market in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State late Friday night, leaving countless traders grappling with significant losses.

Eyewitnesses reported that the inferno started around 10 PM and continued to rage for hours, with no fire service officials present at the scene to contain the flames.
