The Ogun State Police Command has declared Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi, popularly known as Portable, wanted for allegedly orchestrating a violent attack on government officials. The incident occurred on February 5, 2025, during an enforcement exercise by officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development in the Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu Ota area.

According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, Portable led a group of nine armed individuals to assault the officials, who were inspecting properties and requesting approved building plans. The officials sustained injuries but managed to escape and report the incident.

Portable has since evaded arrest, ignoring multiple police invitations. A court order has been issued declaring him wanted, and the public has been urged to provide information leading to his arrest. Nine of his alleged accomplices have already been arraigned on charges including assault, illegal possession of weapons, and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.

This is not the first time Portable has faced legal troubles, as he has a history of altercations with law enforcement and government officials. The case has been adjourned to March 17, 2025, for further hearing.
