Four students were abducted by suspected armed bandits in Katsina State, Nigeria. The incident occurred at Paris Quarters, behind the Federal University Dutsinma, at approximately 2:20 am on Sunday.
The assailants, reportedly in large numbers, stormed the area and whisked away four individuals, including Wali Kayode, Fahad Muhammad, Emmanuel, and another yet-to-be-identified person.
Security operatives were mobilized to the scene after a distress call, but the bandits had already fled. Efforts are ongoing to track down the kidnappers and rescue the victims safety.
This incident is the latest in a series of student abductions in Nigeria, highlighting the country’s ongoing insecurity challenges.
