The Emir of Lapai, Alhaji Umar Bago Tafida III, has shut down the town’s weekly Tuesday market in honor of Abdulwahab Jafar, a 200-level student of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL) who was murdered in his off-campus residence.
