Gunmen have abducted Yusuf Musa, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information in Nasarawa State, from his residence in Lafia, the state capital.

The abduction occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, with the gunmen making off with Musa’s GMC vehicle.

The State Police Command has launched a manhunt to rescue Musa, with the Commissioner of Police directing an intensive statewide search for the criminals.
