A Federal High Court in Abuja has refused to grant former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello’s request to have his international passport released, citing an unsigned medical report attached to the application.

Bello had sought to travel to the United Kingdom for medical attention, but Justice Emeka Nwite ruled that the unsigned document lacked probative value and could not be relied upon by the court.
