The All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected Nentawe Yilwatda, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, as its new national chairman.
The announcement was made during the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in Abuja, where party leaders gathered to chart a new direction ahead of the 2027 general election.
Yilwatda’s emergence is expected to bring new momentum to the party as it prepares for future challenges.
