Two Chinese nationals working at a BUA road construction site in Kwara State have been kidnapped by gunmen.
The incident occurred on December 1, when masked armed men invaded the Bode Saadu/Kaiama/Kosubosu road project, firing gunshots and abducting the two men.
No ransom demand has been made, and their whereabouts remain unknown.
The attack has heightened tensions in the region, with residents calling for urgent intervention to stem the tide of kidnappings and attacks.
This is the latest in a string of abductions in the state, including the recent kidnapping of six beans farmers in Patigi Local Government Area.
