On the occasion of the annual Ogoni Day, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has called on Ogoni leaders and stakeholders to set aside their internal divisions and embrace unity.
In a commemorative message, Fubara described the day as a symbol of the Ogoni people’s resilience and their long struggle for environmental justice, paying special tribute to the peaceful advocacy of the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP).
