Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, has appointed his three daughters to senior executive positions in his multi-billion dollar conglomerate.
Halima Dangote is now Group Executive Director, Dangote Family Office & International Offices, overseeing the family’s global interests and governance.
Fatima Dangote leads Commercial Operations – Oil & Gas, while Mariya Dangote heads Commercial Operations – Cement & Foods Businesses.
This strategic move reflects Dangote’s commitment to succession, sustainability, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
The appointments align with Dangote’s Vision 2030, aiming to become a $100 billion enterprise.
The Dangote Group has also signed a $400 million deal with China’s XCMG Construction Machinery Co. to accelerate refinery expansion, positioning itself as the world’s largest refinery.
