A suspected bomb explosion has rocked Woro community in Kaiama LGA of Kwara State, reportedly claiming several lives.
A driver, identified as Zuberu, was among those affected, and a woman was injured and rushed to Ilorin for treatment.
The incident is believed to be linked to Boko Haram, following a similar attack last month that killed 75 residents and left several houses ablaze.
President Bola Tinubu had ordered the deployment of an army battalion to the area after the previous attack, but the latest explosion suggests ongoing security challenges.
The Kwara State police command has yet to issue an official statement.
