Nigerian billionaire businessman Femi Otedola has expressed hope for Nigeria’s future, citing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dedication to economic reforms.
Otedola, alongside Aliko Dangote, visited Tinubu in Lagos on Easter Sunday, discussing ways Nigeria can benefit from ongoing reforms.
Otedola commended Tinubu’s work ethic, stating, “On a day of resurrection and renewal, Mr President was still working. That kind of commitment gives you hope for Nigeria”.
During their meeting, Otedola and Dangote discussed the economy and potential benefits of Tinubu’s reforms. Otedola praised Tinubu’s leadership, saying he has shown “remarkable” courage and clarity in steering the country through difficult reforms.
Dangote, who recently met with former US President Donald Trump, expressed optimism about Nigeria’s economic prospects, citing Tinubu’s reforms.
Tinubu’s administration has implemented various reforms, including tax regime changes, subsidy removal, and infrastructure development. These efforts aim to stabilize the economy, attract investors, and promote growth.
