Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals has denied reports of increasing the gantry price of petrol and diesel, stating that its pricing structure remains unchanged.
The refinery’s gantry price for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) is still N1,200 per litre, while the coastal price is N1,153 per litre.
A source at the company confirmed that the refinery is maintaining its existing price and has not implemented any new pricing for customers.
The refinery remains focused on ensuring the steady availability of refined petroleum products across Nigeria and the wider African market, reinforcing its role in supporting supply stability.
This comes amid rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and their ripple effects on global energy markets.
Oil prices have plunged after the United States and Iran agreed to a two-week ceasefire, with U.S. crude futures down around 15% to $96.31 a barrel.
