Idubamo Beggi scored 20 points, 10 steals and 7 rebounds for Nigeria. Momoluwa Tewogbade scored 19points, 7rebounds, 6steals, 4assists.
The likes of Wandoo Hembam, Doyinsola Lijirin, Abigail Isaac and Haminatu Ayodeji were in good form as they brushed aside the Zimbabweans.
Nigeria bounced back from their opening defeat to Egypt 72-60 on Monday. Nigeria’s next game will be against Uganda on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.
