The Court fixed Monday for the ruling after Silekunola, Hazmat and Fasasi’s lawyer on January 7 argued the bail application.

The Judge gave five conditions for the bail to include: N10 million and two sureties who must submit landed documents within the jurisdiction of the court.

The other conditions are that the applicant must deposit their international passport with the court and they are barred from granting any form of interview during the pendency of the case

Recall that she was arrested following a Stampede which led to the death of several children in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Naomi Silekunola was the queen of the ancient kingdom of Ile-Ife, married to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
