The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has officially announced the costs for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage.
Pilgrims from southern states will be required to pay ₦8.7 million, while those from Borno and Adamawa zones will pay ₦8.3 million.
Intending pilgrims from the Northern Zone will pay ₦8.4 million for the pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.
According to NAHCON Chairman Professor Abdullahi Usman, the fares were determined after extensive consultations with relevant stakeholders, including the presidency and state pilgrims’ welfare boards.
The commission emphasized the importance of inclusivity in the decision-making process.
Prospective pilgrims are advised to register promptly, adhere to Saudi guidelines, and make timely payments to avoid any inconveniences.
