Two notorious bandit leaders, Abu Radde and Umar Black, have surrendered their arms and released over 15 kidnapped victims in Batsari Local Government Area, Katsina State. The bandits’ surrender comes after intense military operations conducted by Operation FANSAN YANMA and other security agencies in the region.

The handover ceremony, held on Sunday, was attended by military officials, traditional, and religious leaders. During the event, the bandits handed over four AK-47 rifles and 15 captives, including three males, eight females, and four children. These victims have since been rescued and are under the care of local authorities for rehabilitation.
