Nigeria: Kano Governor Abba Yusuf Appoints Umar Ibrahim as New SSG

Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has appointed Umar Farouk Ibrahim as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG), effective February 10, 2025.

The appointment, announced by the governor’s spokesperson Sunusi Bature DawakinTofa, follows the removal of Abdullahi Baffa Bichi in December 2024 due to health reasons.
