Gunmen disguised as operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have abducted 10 persons from White Hill Hotel in Niger State.
The incident occurred on February 27, at approximately 4:58 am, when the armed men stormed the hotel, claiming to be EFCC personnel on an official operation.
The suspects disabled the hotel’s CCTV cameras before entering guests’ rooms, forcibly taking away 10 individuals to an unknown destination.
The public has been urged to stay vigilant and report suspicious movements, as efforts are being made to unravel the mystery behind the incident.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, State Intelligence Department, confirmed that investigations are ongoing to identify the perpetrators and locate the abducted victims.
