Renowned South African Playwright Athol Fugard Passes Away at 92

Athol Fugard, a celebrated South African playwright, actor, and director, has died at the age of 92.

Fugard, who was born in June 1932 in Middelburg, Eastern Cape, was recognized internationally for his contributions to English theatre in South Africa.
