Egypt and Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for February, equalling the record for the most wins in the award’s history.
The Premier League announced Salah’s achievement on Friday via X, confirming that the Egyptian star has now won seven Player of the Month (POTM) awards—matching the record set by Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero.
Salah had a standout month, contributing 10 goal involvements in the league as Liverpool continued their push for the Premier League title. The Premier League acknowledged his remarkable feat, stating:
“No player has won more EA Sports FC Player of the Month awards than Mohamed Salah. He goes level with Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero on seven.”
