The Rivers State House of Assembly has served a notice of alleged misconduct against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Prof. Ngozi Odu.

According to the lawmakers, this action is in line with Section 188 of the Nigerian Constitution, which allows for the investigation and potential impeachment of government officials.
