France’s Foreign Ministry has recommended that its nationals leave Mali temporarily as soon as possible due to the risk of terrorist attacks.

The ministry advises against traveling to Mali “regardless of the reason” and recommends departing via commercial flights, as main roads have been targeted by terrorist groups.
