Former Minister of Labour and Productivity, Joel Ikenya, has rejoined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Taraba State, citing the party’s role in his political journey and his desire to serve his constituents effectively.
Ikenya, who previously represented Taraba South in the Senate, had defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) but has now returned to the PDP.
Ikenya expressed gratitude to the PDP for providing him with opportunities to hold key positions in government, including Minister of Labour and Productivity.
He assured his supporters that his decision was guided by a commitment to serve Taraba State and its people.
