During Phase 1, the road from Tincan, Apapa to Mile 2 will be completely closed for about 20 minutes for beam lifting, while Phase 2 will involve diverting traffic to one lane about 50 meters before the bridge work area. Traffic from Mile 2 to Tincan, Apapa will move freely throughout Phase 2.
