Libya’s Waha Oil Company, a subsidiary of the state-run National Oil Corporation, announced on Sunday that it has brought two new gas wells into operation at its Farigh field.

The company stated that the wells will produce a combined 26 million cubic feet of gas daily, a vital step toward meeting local demand for natural gas.
