In a significant blow to criminal activities plaguing Northern Nigeria, the Nigerian Military has successfully neutralised notorious bandit leader Dogo Gide.
The operation took place in the dense Madada Forest, located in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State, where troops engaged in a fierce gun battle with Gide’s foot soldiers.
Sources close to the operation informed AAN TV that Dogo Gide sustained critical injuries during the intense firefight before succumbing to his wounds.

Gide, a feared warlord, had been at the forefront of cattle rustling, kidnapping for ransom, and indiscriminate killings, terrorising communities across the region for years.
The death of Dogo Gide marks a significant victory for the Nigerian military in its ongoing efforts to restore peace and security to the troubled regions of Northern Nigeria.
With the elimination of this notorious bandit leader, authorities hope to deal a decisive blow to the criminal networks responsible for the destabilisation of the region.
