First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has called on Muslims across the country to embrace peace, compassion and peaceful coexistence as they celebrate Eid-el-Maulud 2026.
In a message commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the First Lady extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful across Nigeria.
She described the occasion as an opportunity to reflect on the exemplary life and teachings of the Prophet, particularly his virtues of compassion, forgiveness and peaceful coexistence.
Tinubu urged Muslims to emulate these values and continue to promote peace and unity in their homes, communities and across the country.
She expressed hope that the celebration would strengthen the bonds of unity among Nigerians while bringing renewed hope, peace and blessings to the nation.
