Confirming the news, Sebeng’s family released a statement urging privacy as they process the loss.

The actor’s journey in entertainment began at the tender age of 12, quickly earning acclaim for his roles in television dramas like “Justice For All” and “Zero Tolerance,” both recipients of multiple awards.

During his high school years, Sebeng made a significant impact with a role in the 2011 film “Winnie,” portraying a character in the story of the late Winnie Mandela.

His talents continued to shine, earning him a nomination for Best Male Actor in a telenovela at the 2018 South African Film and Television Awards.

His sudden passing has left the industry and fans in shock, with fellow actors and broadcasters expressing profound sorrow and remembrance.

Actor Zola Hashatsi, deeply affected by the loss, shared heartfelt sentiments on social media, describing Sebeng as a cherished friend and colleague.
