Nigeria’s Vice President Kashim Shettima paid a visit to President Bola Tinubu at his Bourdillon residence in Lagos on Tuesday.
In addition to Shettima, members of the Nigerian Governors Forum also extended Christmas greetings to the President at his Lagos home.
Among those present were Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Dapo Abiodun, Biodun Oyebamiji, and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq representing Lagos, Ogun, Ekiti, and Kwara States, respectively.

Also in attendance were Governors Abba Kabir Yusuf, Hope Uzodimma, Yahaya Bello, and Dauda Lawal, representing Kano, Imo, Kogi, and Zamfara States, respectively.
Meanwhile, Tinubu on Tuesday ordered security agencies to fish out culprits of the Christmas Day attacks in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau State.
In a statement signed Tuesday by the Special Adviser, Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu asked the security agents to apprehend the culprits.
“President Bola Tinubu strongly condemns the heinous and brutal attacks in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau State, which resulted in the tragic loss of many lives.
“President Tinubu directs security agencies to immediately move in, scour every stretch of the zone, and apprehend the culprits.
“The President also directs immediate mobilisation of relief resources for surviving victims of the primitive and cruel attacks as well as medical treatment for the wounded.”
While condoling with the government and the people of Plateau State, Tinubu assured Nigerians that “these envoys of death, pain, and sorrow will not escape justice.”
