Ghana has won their First Gold Medal at the AllAfricanGames in Weightlifting.
Winnifred Ntumi won a gold medal and two silver medals in the Women’s 49kg Weightlifting for Ghana.
She also won Ghana’s first three medals at the last edition of the All African Games in Rabat, Morocco in 2019.
