Onyedika has displayed remarkable consistency throughout the season for Club Brugge, with an impressive 44 appearances across all competitions. However, his performance soared to new heights following the appointment of New Coach, Nicky Hayen in mid-March, replacing Ronny Deila.

The 23-year-old midfielder showcased outstanding form, scoring three goals in seven games. His impactful displays in midfield played a pivotal role as his club won six matches and drew one for the former Belgian champions. In recognition of his stellar contributions, Onyedika was nominated for the Player of the Month accolade alongside goalkeeper, Nordin Jackers and Michal Skoras.

In a recent announcement by Club Brugge, Onyedika emerged victorious, surpassing Skoras and Jackers to claim the award. This marks the first time the former Midtjylland player has clinched the honor since his arrival two seasons ago. Looking ahead, Onyedika aims to sustain his exceptional performances as Club Brugge hopes to reclaim the League title. With four remaining domestic fixtures, victory in each would secure the championship. Additionally, the club is set to face Serie A side, Fiorentina in the UEFA Conference League semifinals, adding to their ambitions for silverware.
