Kenyan police fired tear gas at small groups of demonstrators in the capital Nairobi on Thursday, a day after the government agreed to scrap contentious tax hikes following deadly protests.
The finance bill which was recently introduced was said to pass through the parliament before signing it into law but outrages from the masses already showed the stance of the people on the issue.

Youths, millennials and aged adults could be seen carrying placards condemning the bill. In a turn of events , the protest turned into a war zone on Thursday as protesters storm the parliament, carting away the maze.
The police fought back by using water cannons, tear gas and live ammunitions to disperse the crowd which in turn led to various casualties.
Since the beginning of the protest, several lives have been lost likewise several arrests have been made.
