NIGERIA: President Tinubu Appoints Didi Walson-Jack as New Head of Civil Service

Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Didi Esther Walson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, effective August 14, 2024.

This was revealed according to a statement by the presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale. Mrs. Walson-Jack, appointed as a Federal Permanent Secretary in 2017, has served in various ministries. She will succeed Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, CFR, the current Head of the Civil Service, who will retire on August 13th, 2024.
