The Confederation of African Football has unveiled the Best XI of the CAF Women’s Champions League Morocco 2024, spotlighting the standout performers of the tournament.
Selected by the CAF Technical Study Group (TSG), comprising football analysts, coaches, and technical advisors, the Best XI represents excellence across all positions, reflecting players’ exceptional contributions throughout the competition.
The squad features four players each from debutants FC Masar and champions TP Mazembe, two from runners-up AS FAR, and one from Edo Queens.
In goal is Habiba Emad Sabry of FC Masar, whose brilliant saves and leadership earned her the tournament’s Best Goalkeeper award.

The defense boasts a formidable pairing of Shadia Nankya and Aisha Nantongo from FC Masar at center-back. Miracle Usani of Edo Queens takes the left-back position, while Vukulu Belange of TP Mazembe secures the right-back spot.
In midfield, TP Mazembe’s Marline Kasaj anchors the lineup with her consistency and strength during their victorious campaign. The attacking midfield duo includes AS FAR’s Sanaa Mssoudy and FC Masar’s Sandrine Nyonkuru, who brought creativity and dynamism to their teams.
The forward line is led by Doha El Madani of AS FAR, the tournament’s top scorer, on the right wing. TP Mazembe’s Lacho Marta occupies the left wing, while her teammate Merveille Kanjinga leads the attack as the central striker.
